Using the electric spin scrubber is so simple. You can use it with or without the telescopic handle, making it more versatile for different cleaning tasks – it pushes / pulls on and off, held in place with a clip. The brush heads just push on / pull off. The brush head has four adjustable angles – 90°, 125°, 155° and 180°, just push the button on the brush head and turn to the desired angle. Push and hold the power button to switch on and then press the button again for the desired power lever: 1 (300rpm), 2 (400rpm) or 3 (500rpm) and start scrubbing. It even has a small light on the brush head so that you can see what you are scrubbing.
The ergonomic grip ensures a comfortable hold, and the powerful motor delivers consistent performance. Whether you’re scrubbing grout lines or polishing your car, this tool makes cleaning less of a chore and more of a satisfying task. Although I did find that prolonged use can start to hurt your hands from the vibration of the motor.
As it is cordless, there are no wires to get in the way, making it easy to use anywhere. It has a battery built into the handle which requires charging. Charging is via USB-C and it comes with a charging cable (no power adapter). It requires approximately 3 hours to fully charge.
The different brush heads suit a variety of different tasks, with small and large brushes, a brush that has a pointed tip to get into grooves (great for the grout between tiles), as well as a sponge brush and fibre brush. None of the brushes have left marks on scratches on anything I have used them on, including the glass on the oven door.
