I’m forever being told that I need to drink more water, and I do try to drink more but I do prefer a hot cup of tea. So while I am now drinking more water, I still drink my beloved tea. And now I can enjoy both the hot sweetness of a nice brew and cold thirst-quenching water, all in the same bottle and without contaminating each other. How? Easy, with the Splitflask Dual Chamber 850ml Tumbler. The Splitflask Dual Chamber 850ml Tumbler is a bold, clever and genuinely practical upgrade for anyone who’s sick of juggling two drinks at once and it absolutely earns its place on Savage Reviews.
The Splitflask Dual Chamber Tumbler is built around a simple idea: a flask with two completely separate insulated 15oz (425ml) chambers all contained within one 850ml stainless‑steel body, allowing you to carry hot and cold drinks simultaneously without any flavour crossover. According to the manufacturer, it’s designed for people who routinely leave the house with both a coffee and a water bottle, only to end up fumbling through their commute or stuffing bags with extra containers. The Splitflask aims to eliminate that daily annoyance and it does so with confidence.
The Splitflask Dual Chamber Tumbler was invented by a NICU nurse and it is made from rust‑resistant stainless steel, it is 100% leakproof, 100% BPA and BPS-free, dishwasher safe, uses recycled materials, has a large 850ml dual capacity, features a non-slip bottom, is cup-holder friendly, is available in 12 colour options and reduces the reliance on single use cups and bottles. It is a premium, modern insulated bottle but what gives it the edge over other bottles is its dual‑chamber system. Each side is independently sealed, meaning your hot coffee stays hot, your cold water stays cold, and neither contaminates the other. For busy commuters, gym‑goers, parents or anyone who lives life on the move, this is a genuinely useful feature rather than a gimmick.
While the internal chamber is split into two separate parts, when the lid is put on and properly aligned it prevents leaks and ensures that the chambers stay sealed and not leaking into each other. When aligned correctly, the lid locks into place with a secure twist, keeping both drinks contained and at their ideal temperatures. And it is just as easy to drink from with the lid have an opening for each compartment. One side has a flip-top with a wide opening, suitable for thirst-quenching cold drinks. The other side, which is perfect for hot drinks, has a smaller flip-top lid with a silicone straw underneath.

Overall, I found the Splitfask to be an excellent drinks bottle. Whether is being used for your own two different drinks or as a kid side / parent side it is fantastic. It has a large capacity in each side, there is no leakage, the compartments do not get contaminated with the two drinks and there is no backwash if two people are sharing the bottle using a compartment each.
It is very easy to use and neatly fits into cup-holders, while the non-slip base keeps it from slipping on a desk. And the internal compartments are labelled hot / cold. Plus it does an excellent job of keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold.
As for cleaning, well that is simple. It is dishwasher safe, but if like me you don’t use a dishwasher it easily comes apart for cleaning. With a quarter turn of the lid, the lid is removed, the straw can be removed and it can easily be cleaned.
At £44.99, the Splitflask isn’t the cheapest flask / bottle, but it isn’t the most expensive either. I feel that it is competitively priced for a premium insulated bottle – it feels good quality and you’re effectively getting two in one. For people who regularly carry multiple drinks, the value becomes obvious very quickly. Plus it gets cheaper when buying in multiples of 2, 3 or 4 (can go from £44.99 to £26.99)
I love the Splitflask. At first, I thought it might be a gimmick but after using it, it is a smart, durable and genuinely useful piece of kit. And it is anything but a gimmick; it’s solving a real problem. For commuters, gym‑goers, parents and anyone who wants hot and cold drinks on the go without the hassle, this is absolutely worth considering – a no nonsense flask that works extremely well and means that I don’t have to carry two bottles around with me.
