It’s hard to get excited about a peeler, but the OXO version is a massive improvement over any I have used previously. It features very sharp a dual Japanese stainless steel swivelling blade that effortless peels the skin off fruit and veg, which is the least you expect from a peeler. But like all the OXO Good Grips range, the clue is in name – Good Grips. It features a large ergonomically designed chunky handle with a soft non-slip grip accenting the edges, making it extremely easy to grip and very comfortable to use. Not only is the perfect peeler for chefs and amateur cooks in the kitchen, it is also perfect for people whose hand strength isn’t the greatest or who suffer with arthritis. The size and comfort of the handle also helps to reduce hand fatigue when doing lots of peeling, allowing you to effortlessly peel all those potatoes when making your own chips.
Overall, the OXO Good Grips Steel Swivel Peeler is a fantastic peeler.
