Frying Pan

I am in no way shape or form a good cook. I am quite happy following the instructions on the back of a packet and throwing something in the oven or the air fryer. But I do love the occasional fried egg sandwich. And to cook a good fried egg I need a good frying pan. I have had several frying pans over the years (and fried egg sandwiches), some better than others. Recently, without thinking, I used a metal spatula in my trusty frying pan that I have had for years and scratched the non-stick surface in several places. So I decided to buy a new one rather than get frustrated with food sticking to the old one. After hearing very good things about the Ninja brand I purchased the Ninja ZEROSTICK 20cm Frying Pan.

The Ninja ZEROSTICK 20cm Frying Pan is up to 20x tougher than traditional non-stick and has zero stick, and doesn’t chip or flake. It is scratch resistant, metal utensil safe and dishwasher safe. It is even oven safe at up to 260°C. You can even cook with very little oil and still have no sticking, although it is recommended never to use cooking sprays as they burn at low temperatures and will leave a residue that leads to sticking. And it even comes with a 10-year replacement guarantee including the ZEROSTICK coating.

The Ninja ZEROSTICK 20cm Frying Pan measures 4.2 x 20.2 x 37.3cm, weighs approx. 0.7kg and is grey in colour. It is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, it can even go into the oven or under the grill. It ZEROSTICK coating is PFOA, lead and cadmium free.

Frying Pan

Overall, I love this Ninja ZEROSTICK Frying Pan. At 20cm it is the perfect size for what I need, but I have been so impressed that I might buy the larger 28cm version as well.

This frying pan is excellent quality, made from hard-anodised aluminium with a cast stainless steel ergonomic riveted handle. It isn’t too light, but also not too heavy and very nice to use.

It does take a bit longer to preheat than my previous frying pan, probably because the metal is a bit thicker but once heated properly it cooks consistently and even. If I’m not careful, I might convince myself that I am a better cook than I really am.

Because food isn’t sticking to the pan and I am using less cooking oil, it is really ease to clean. Leftover food and oil just wipes up with a bit of kitchen roll and it is effortlessly easy to clean in the sink without any hard scrubbing.

Its sleek and modern design fits in well with any kitchen aesthetics. Its induction compatibility means that it can be used on a variety of different hobs, making it a versatile addition to your cookware collection.

So, whether you’re frying eggs, flipping pancakes, searing steaks, or sautéing vegetables, the Ninja ZEROSTICK Cookware 20cm Frying Pan is more than up to the task.

It is the most expensive frying I have ever bought with a retail price of £39.99, but the quality shines though and it really is, at least so far, ZEROSTICK. And it is very easy to clean with minimal scrubbing and can quite safely go in a dishwasher.

It’s durability and effectiveness is fantastic. A premium quality product for any kitchen. Why opt for non-stick when you can just as easily have zero stick?

Happy cooking!
