When the green light goes out just open the lid and half fill the two compartment with your eggs and add any ingredients that you want – cheese, ham, mushroom etc. Close the lid and a few minutes later you will have 2 light, fluffy and tasty omelettes – no flipping in the pan, no broken omelettes and certainly no omelettes disguised as scrambled eggs. And the results are consistent each time.
