How many times have you grabbed lunch when you are out and about and realised that you haven’t been given any eating utensils with it just as your sit down to eat it? Maybe you go into the canteen at work and all the knives, forks and spoons are missing because everybody is using them, or more likely, no one has bothered to put them back after they used them? Or maybe you go on a camping trip and you really don’t want to eat with your fingers? The simple answer is to keep a portable cutlery set in your bag so that no matter what the situation is you always have your own cutlery.

The items within the set are full size, no small or foldable travel items, feel solid and durable, and are comfortable to hold and use. The straw and cleaning brush are a good addition (I hate using paper straws). Having a knife, fork, spoons and chopsticks all in one pouch means that you are prepared for any meal, wherever you are.
The travel case is a soft fabric pouch with a strap that wraps around it to keep it closed. It keeps the items contained but also stops them from banging against each other and making a noise within your bag.
I like having my own cutlery with me. It means that I don’t have to rely on cutlery being available if I am not at home and I don’t need to use single-use plastic or wooden disposable cutlery.
This is an excellent, inexpensive set that is perfect to keep in my bag, and I am never stuck for cutlery wherever I am. I also don’t need to rely any disposable items and I also find that eating food with proper cutlery just seems to make the food more enjoyable.
