Like a lot of people, I don’t drink enough water throughout the day, I prefer cups of tea or fizzy drinks. I am trying to change that and have started drinking more water. Water has lots of benefits for our bodies rather than just quenching out thirst. This includes flushing out waste, regulating body temperature, and helping brain function among other things. Therefore, I invested in a insulated water bottle from Black+Blum so that I always have water with me.
I have been using the Black+Blum Stainless Steel Lunch Box and am very impressed with it, so to accompany it I paired it with their Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottle. They complement each other very well.
The Black+Blum Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottle is available in two sizes:

This bottle is made from high quality stainless steel, silicone, a vegan artificial leather strap that is attached to the lid and it is BPA-free. The bottle is vacuum insulated, it is 100% leakproof, and keeps drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12 hours. Perfect for all day use whatever type of drink I fill it with.
As with the lunch box, the water bottle is in the same sleek minimalist style and looks great, understated and high quality. The silicone bands used around the lid are available in three colour options (you can choose from Ocean, Olive or Orange) and accentuate the bottle nicely. It is finished off with a tan vegan artificial leather strap that keeps the lid attached to the bottle. The lid screws on to the bottle with the thread on the inside of the lid so that drinking straight from the bottle is smooth and easy.
The bottle is vacuum sealed and insulated. It does a fantastic job of keeping water cold and hot drinks hot. With its wide opening it is very easy to drink from, pour from and very easy to keep clean. The bottle is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe so needs to be hand washed.
Overall, this is a very high quality water bottle. It looks stylish and complements the matching lunch box. It’s perfect for keeping any hot drinks or soup warm for 12 hours (long enough for a day out) and better still, it keeps my water cold and at a nice drinking temperature for 24 hours, giving all day cool hydration. And despite me constantly putting it in and out of my backpack, it hasn’t leaked once!
Being a metal bottle, it isn’t too heavy and it is very easy to keep clean (although it can be a little bit fiddly to remove the strap when washing the bottle). It has no plastic in sight, and is perfect for being reused over and over again, for years to come. The silicone and vegan leather used are much better for the environment than their plastic equivalents.
A high quality water bottle and yes, that does come at a price. It is more expensive that some plastic water bottles at £26.95 / £31.95 (depending on size), but the quality and durability speaks for itself. It looks more luxurious than a plastic water bottle and it will last a lifetime. As with plastic versions, it won’t crack or discolour, so will last a longer, making it better value for money and better for the environment as there will be no plastic waste going to landfill.
The Black+Blum Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottle is an excellent luxurious water bottle that does an fantastic job of keeping liquids at good temperatures, whether that is hot or cold.
